The relations held with various companies and public organisations are due to their interest in the research work that is carried out by the group IRIS. This interest has resulted in contracts to work on development projects and technology transference that are grouped in four categories.
The services we offer are aimed at helping firms to satisfy their needs with regard to:
- Redesigning their work processes so as to make them more effective and efficient
- Renewing their computer systems so that they can cope better with the new competitive environment
- Implementing performance measurement systems for assessing the extent to which their objectives are being met
- Improving the way they manage their relationships with customers and suppliers
- Managing the knowledge of the organisation
