The IRIS Group has developed its own original, proven methodology that can be used to achieve integrated management of the firm and its IT systems.
The ways the different areas of the firm (purchasing, production, warehouse, HR, administration, commercial, etc.) are currently working are analysed using a Process Re-engineering approach, and taking into account the firm’s vision and strategy for the future. The work processes are then diagnosed and redesigned to match the previously defined goals of the firm.
The next step is to establish the migration process, which includes defining priorities in the improvement projects depending on the restraints, and a system of continuous improvement is developed.
Finally, after redesigning the business processes, a new computer system is defined and implemented in the firm, on both the operating (ERP, CRM, SRM, etc.) and the tactical and strategic levels (balanced scorecard for management control).
