Goals: The aim of the VITI project is to develop a methodology and a set of techniques, reference models and computer software, which allow to co-ordinate and integrate all the factors (organisational, technological human resources, etc) involved in the life cycle of the ceramic product manufactured by the group KERAGLAS.
The project takes into account the interactions with suppliers, clients, delivery services, dealers, publics administration, financial, entities etc, in what involves the ceramics virtual company, thereby, the projects is a tool to improve the competitiveness of the companies taking part in the ceramic product chain worth, increasing their profits and qualifies them for surviving in crisis situations.
